We are located at 60 Commerce Park, off of Cherry Street in Milford. Turn onto Commerce Park at the Wells Fargo Bank. We are all the way to the end. Make sure you know how to find us.

Arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete of any remaining paperwork. Please be on time so you can get your full hour.

Wear sneakers & fitness minded clothing like sweat pants or yoga pants and a loose fitting or stretchy top. Street clothing or business wear is not appropriate. Wear sneakers. No backless footwear, Crocs or flip flops.

Have a small snack before you come.

We require 24 hours notice for cancelations. If you are feeling ill, please reschedule.

If you have a DEXA scan report, please bring it.
