Concierge Treatment
Center Rehab provides private wellness Concierge Services to clients who want extra physical therapy treatment beyond what their insurance plans will cover. If you’re seeking enhanced physical performance or have specific goals and need the instruction of a physical therapist, our experts can help.
Dedicated to helping each patient meet their objectives, whether it’s to return to a sport/recreational activity, restore strength or mobility or prevent the re-emergence of a previous problem, our physical therapists will create a plan to get you there.
No doctor’s order is necessary to engage in our Concierge Services. We will not bill insurance. You can use your HSA, cash, check or credit card for payment. Sessions expire a year from purchase and are not transferable or refundable.
$180 Required evaluation or single follow-up visit, 60 minutes.
$450 (5) 30 minute sessions
$775 (10) 30 minute sessions
$1100 (15) 30 minute sessions
