Brian T. Williams, M.S., P.T, Owner

Brian graduated from Boston University’s Masters Program in Physical Therapy in 1992. He grew up in the Morningside area of Milford and has lived in town for over 46 years. He opened Center Rehab in 1999 with the goal of providing high quality, patient-focused therapy services. The practice has grown and remained strongly invested in the community.

Brian has worked extensively in acute-care hospital, outpatient sports and orthopaedic therapy settings. He helps weekend warriors as well as elite athletes and regularly attends seminars and conferences to remain current with the latest treatments. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy section. He is FMT kinesiology taping & IASTM certified.

Brian completed the NY City marathon in 2004. He enjoys working out, running, spinning, skiing, sailboat racing, travel and great food.

Physical Therapist Kelly Gammage

Kelly Gammage, P.T.

Kelly earned a B.S degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland in 1982. Kelly has provided physical therapy in the critical care unit of Shock Trauma in Baltimore, MD., in-patient and outpatient rehabilitation of post traumatic, non traumatic orthopedic and neurological patients as well as aquatic and cardiac physical therapy. sign the best care plan for them.

Kelly joined Center Rehabilitation in 1999 and has been addressing patients needs and helping them have fun while working to achieve their optimal functional health.

She participates in continuing education courses in order to provide the most current treatment options.

Kelly practices yoga, runs, cycles, hikes and weight trains to balance strength and flexibility of mind and body. In addition to physical therapy, she has studied energy healing. Kelly is a certified Reiki 3 practitioner. 

Physical Therapist Chris Olivera

Chris Olivera, P.T.

Chris has been involved in physical therapy since he was 17 when he became a patient and had treatment. In 1999 he graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S in Physical Therapy. He spent 10 years in Boston specializing in orthopedics, building his professional skills and working with some of the best clinicians in the field. While in Boston he treated professional and college athletes, geriatric patients and pediatric patients with orthopedic and neurologic conditions.

Since moving to Connecticut, Chris has been practicing at Center Rehab, providing quality care for his patients. He specializes in helping throwing athletes and enjoys treating patients returning to the sports they love. Chris is an avid Red Sox, Patriots and Bruins fan. He lives in Milford with his wife and children and is honored to be part of the community here. 

Sara Riedel, P.T.

Sara, originally a Floridian, graduated from the University of Florida’s Physical Therapy program in 1997. She practiced for 18 years in acute medical/surgical care, neurology and outpatient orthopedics. Sara relocated to Connecticut in 2003 after working at the Hospital for Special Surgery in NYC where she treated in acute care patients as well as those in the Spine and Rheumatology Department. Sara has taught specialized exercise classes for patients with osteoporosis and was a presenting speaker for continuing education courses at the Hunter College Physical Therapy Department.

She joined the team at Center Rehab in 2005 and has a special interest in vestibular rehab and balance.

Sara is an avid runner and also enjoys spinning, swimming, yoga, skiing, and hiking. Her favorite past time is spending time with her family. She and her husband and two boys live in Milford and plan to stay.

Will Wresilo, D.P.T.

Will earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Touro College in Bayshore, NY in 2021.  He has been working in a hospital based outpatient clinic until 2024 before joining the Center Rehab team.

Will has experience and enjoys working with orthopedic, sports, balance and post surgical rehabilitation.  He is committed to working with his patients to provide successful goal oriented treatments.  

Will entered the physical therapy profession as a second career following his own post surgical rehab and hasn’t looked back.

Will was raised in Stratford, where he currently lives with wife and 2 children.  Outside the office he has a passion for surfing, skateboarding and traveling.
